Triphunter – Standard Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the standard terms for payments made towards bookings with Triphunter Vacations / Triphunter In.

Please note: This is a general policy for reference. In case a specific payment policy is mentioned in your quotation PDF or booking acknowledgement email, that policy shall override and be applicable for your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as communicated by Triphunter.
• No arrangements will be initiated until the advance amount is received.

2. Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise specified in your quotation or booking acknowledgement:

• Advance Payment: Minimum 25–50% of the total package cost (depending on the type of service) at the time of confirmation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be cleared within the timeline communicated by your Triphunter representative, generally 15–30 days prior to departure.
• For Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment may be required at the time of confirmation.

4. Default in Payments

• Failure to make payments as per the communicated schedule may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of advance.
• Re-booking, if possible, will be subject to revised prices and availability.

5. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services such as:

• Air tickets
• Visas
• Festival/Event tickets (e.g., Tomorrowland, Coachella, Burning Man)
• Special promotional fares/packages

...are non-refundable and require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.

6. Additional Charges

• All international transactions are subject to prevailing forex rates and conversion charges.
• Any bank or payment gateway fees are to be borne by the client.

7. Disputes & Governing Law

• All payment-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
