Terms & Conditions
1. General
By using this website or booking with Triphunter, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Triphunter acts as a travel facilitator, arranging services such as flights, hotels, visas, transfers, event tickets, and tours through third-party suppliers.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by suppliers.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit as communicated in writing.
- Full payment must be made within the timeline advised. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund of deposits.
3. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline, hotel, visa, festival organizer, or service provider. Triphunter will apply the supplier’s cancellation policy, along with applicable service charges.
- In cases where refunds are applicable, the process may take 8–12 weeks depending on supplier timelines.
- Certain services, including visas, event tickets (e.g., Tomorrowland, Coachella, Burning Man), and special packages, are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
- Amendments after confirmation are subject to supplier approval and additional charges.
4. Visas & Travel Documents
- Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. Triphunter provides support but does not guarantee approval.
- Clients must hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and comply with immigration requirements.
- Triphunter is not responsible for any losses due to visa denial, incorrect documentation, or immigration rules.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering health, cancellation, delays, and baggage.
- Triphunter is not liable for costs arising due to lack of insurance.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Triphunter acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, event organizers, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the acts or negligence of suppliers, natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
- Any disputes regarding services must be resolved directly with the service provider, though Triphunter will assist wherever possible.
7. Force Majeure
Triphunter shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal information during booking.
- Abide by rules of airlines, hotels, festival organizers, and local authorities.
- Any damages caused to property during travel will be borne by the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this website belong to Triphunter and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
